Throughout the year, we strive to cultivate healthy, dynamic working relationships between our employees and leadership team. Trust like this is built in the smallest of moments—through consistent check-ins with each other, and modelling the open and flexible culture we promote.

This year we’ve expanded our leadership team! We believe in promoting and investing in the talent we’ve already acquired, even as we continue to meet with prospective new employees. What an exciting period of growth this has been for us!
