Monique Wright – I just wanted to send you a short note about my experience working with Monique Wright on our E&O insurance renewal.

Monique was so patient and helpful with finding an alternative to the renewal of our current policy. She went out of her way to move the process along, especially alerting me of corrections and omissions that I had overlooked. I greatly appreciated her polite follow-ups to make sure we proceeded on filing the new application in a timely matter. She was always available to answer my questions. She is a great asset to your company. Although I dread this time of year because all of our policies come due, I will look forward to working with Monique again.
