I absolutely love working for Direct Link/Acrisure!

Before coming to Direct Link/Acrisure, I was convinced my career path was more about finding the best of the worst places to work, and less about being happy. Even during my interview, I tried not to get excited about the likely empty promises of support, teamwork, and all the usual tactics companies use to woo a potential employee – Direct Link/Acrisure sounded great, but also sounded too good to be true.

Fast forward to now – Direct Link/Acrisure continuously delivers, just as they did right out of the gate. Teamwork, support, incredible training, encouragement, they celebrate your successes, make sure you know you’re a valued part of the team, and the list goes on. I cannot find a single negative thing to say about this company and my only regret is I didn’t start working here sooner.

They see what I have to offer, and they help it grow, not just for their benefit, but for my own as well. They treat us with the same respect they would like to be treated with and I have never seen anything like it. Within a week of working here, I knew this is a company I will retire with. I’m home.

There has been no confusion on what is needed to be done on my end as there are so many resources at your disposal in order to continue to succeed. No matter the question that comes up, there is somebody who can answer it right away. Even outside of the normal daily work that needs to be done, there are committees for birthday celebrations, holiday celebrations, and even just time to get together with your team members and grow an even greater bond.

I started my position with Direct link in November of 2022 and it has been a wonderful experience. The onboard training was well done and gave me the skills and knowledge to feel comfortable in my new role quickly. Management sets clear and attainable goals and is very open with their expectations which makes is easier to be a productive part of the team.

The atmosphere between employees is supportive and positive and its easy to get assistance if you have any questions. They encourage and support their employees to expand their knowledge with courses and new positions within the company, it is clear they like to see everyone succeed.  While the position is work from home, they put in a lot of effort to ensure we feel connected with each other. 

Fun games and in person meet ups are planned through the year to help us stay connected. Everyday is a new opportunity for me to learn and grow in my professional life; I look forward to what my future with the company will bring.
