Office Manager

Chantelle Kelly joined Direct Link Insurance Services in 2008 as an Insurance Assistant and was promoted to Sr. Insurance Advisor in 2009 after obtaining her RIBO License. In 2018 she also took on the duties as Office Manager assisting management in setting up office equipment, benefits, and licensing for our new staff members. Chantelle plays a key role to the growth of the company by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a great relationship with her clients for over 13yrs.

In her spare time Chantelle loves spending time with her family, especially her 2 grandchildren and in the summer enjoys playing baseball.
