Personal Lines Manager

Crystal is the Personal Lines Manager for the Agency Centre in Toronto, Ontario Canada.

She joined Direct Link in 2024. She has been in the insurance industry for 20+ years.

Crystal has her RIBO license and CAIB designation and specializes in supporting brokers and empowering them to develop their skills and provide excellent client experiences.

Crystal loves to travel and enjoys spending quality time with her husband, two sons, family and friends.
