Jacqueline graduated from the Memorial University with an Economics Degree, minoring in Business Administration. She has successfully completed the Fellowship of Chartered Insurance Professional designation (FCIP) along with having obtained her RIBO license. Jacqueline has been in the Insurance industry for 25 + years and her background includes Personal Lines, Commercial, Farm, and Wealth Insurance. She joined Direct Link in 2020 and currently manages the Agency Centre in Toronto, Ontario Canada.

Jacqueline resides in Toronto, Canada with her husband Frank. In her free time she enjoys gardening, reading and spending time with friends and family.
