Team Lead

Patty is a Team Lead for Commercial Lines, bringing over 40 years of experience. She has held the CIC and CPCU designations for over 20 years and has a background in rating, underwriting, marketing, management, government regulation, and supporting local insurance education.

She joined Direct Link in 2023 and helps support the Commercial Lines Team. She has been an active member of Toastmasters International for over 15 years and has achieved the Distinguished Toastmaster award (DTM) twice.

Patty resides in Columbus, Ohio with her husband and two dogs.
